The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool!!! I was surprised to have to leave my passport at reception, I prefer to pay deposits instead. The scooter rental information was misleading, which could potentially lead to hefty fines!!!

The breakfast was atrocious, nothing appealing, no labels on dishes, how on earth does that happen? I woudl have expected at least a complimentary gesture after dealing with the staff, who seemed more interested in charging for tiny makeup stains than offering service. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't put up with the neglect.

The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort, perfect for my short stay. I really appreciated having a lovely view of the city from my room. The staff were attentive, which definitely added a positive touch to my visit!

The breakfast options were rather limited and could use more variety to meet different tastes.

I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the rooftop pool with amazing views. It was relaxing to chill by the outdoor pool and on the sun terrace. The bar was a bit basic, but the bartender whipped up some fantastic cocktails! 🥂

Solo traveler expectations

The room was excellent! Huge bed and dark curtains that blocked out the morning light. The breakfast up on the 12th floor was something else too, great views while enjoying the fried dumplings and pho! It was a nice way to start the day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently visited da nang and stayed at everland. The room was spacious with a killer rooftop pool. It's just a short walk to the beach! Super nice team.

My room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a mini kitchen and a big fridge, which really added to the convenience of our stay. The communication with staff was lacking at times, made resolving some issues a bit frustrating.
